By making a few changes to your daily routine, you can save a few bucks a day. It’s not much, but every little bit adds up. Here’s a few things you do.
- Get your news online. Cancel the morning paper subscription, the news is freely available online already.
- Make your own coffee in the morning. If you do, each cup may cost you about a quarter, otherwise it’ll cost you $1 – $2 elsewhere.
- Pack your own lunch. If you do, each lunch may cost you about $1 – $2 dollars, otherwise it’ll be $3 – $4 elsewhere.
- Get a gas efficient car. The savings in fuel costs can be substantial.
